Oil & Gas

Engineering/project management for Oil & Gas transport infrastructures. Design, calculation, valuation and drafting of the project. Planning, organization and management of work. (Offshore platforms, Onshore platforms, Offshore pipelines, Onshore pipelines).

OFFSHORE PLANTFORMS

Since 1995, more than 60 projects have been developed using Aveva PDMS, Intergraph PDS and Dassault Systèmes Catia technologies of intelligent 3D models.

Complex: Abkatum, Akal, Nohoch, Ku, Pol, Ixtoc, Chuc, Cayo Arcas, Sinan, Yaxche, CB‐ZAAP‐C, PB‐ZAAP‐C and PP‐LUM‐A, Akal‐DB, Akal‐N/Modular, UECH‐TB, ABK‐H, among others for PEMEX EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION (P.E.P.). Mexico.

ONSHORE PLATFORMS

Maritime Terminal Dos Bocas, located on the north of the State of Tabasco, it was planned to carry out the operations of liaison in sea and land regarding the supply of inputs required by the marine platforms, as well as to provide the facilities for receipt, storage, pre-stabilization, processing and distribution of crude oil from the the Sonda del Campeche.

Detailed design of the first Early Production System-EPS based on an FPSO located in the Gulf of Mexico. The FPSO was installed in 1980 in the Abkatum area of the Bay of Campeche in Mexico. Artificial carried out the design engineering of all the field development facilities where the FPSO was the focal point.

For LINDE PP, the engineering of a modular natural gas liquids recovery plant with capacity for 200 MMSCFD was carried out for DEVON, located in Cana, Oklahoma. LINDE process plant patented in cryogenic technology.

Also, for LINDE PP, the engineering of a modular petrol refining (hydrodesulfurization) plant with a capacity of 6500 BPSD was developed for COUNTRYMARK, located in Mt. Vermont, Indiana. Axens North America, Inc. Technology. Mexico

OFFSHORE PIPELINES

Development of Sonda de Campeche for Petroleos Mexicanos designed for the exploitation of crude oil and the Dos Bocas Maritime Terminal.

Extensive network of submarine lines for the transport of crude oil and gas from the drilling wells to the Dos Bocas Maritime Terminal for storage, stabilization and subsequent distribution by oil and gas pipelines and tanker cargo.

The total length of this network of submarine lines is 1.400 km, diameters from 24“to 48”. Production of 1.3 million barrels of crude oil per day. Mexico.

ONSHORE PIPELINES

FIELD STUDIES (TOPOGRAPHY, GEOTECHNICS, RISK ANALYSIS), BASIC AND DETAILED ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF A 16″ DIAMETER BY 117 KILOMETER LONG GAS PIPELINE FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF GAS FROM PALMILLAS, QUERETARO TO TOLUCA EDO DE MÉXICO. SHELL DE MEXICO / TEJAS GAS
