Satellite communication modems
As experts in electronics, Airtificial has also executed communications projects where it has developed X-band and Ku-band modems for satellite and line-of-sight communications. These modems have a programmable baseband module through software and converters at intermediate frequency and radiofrequency.
The development of complex on-board equipment and ground control systems includes, in some cases, software integrated in microcontrollers, CPLDs or FPGAs based on programming languages of both low and high level (C, C ++, Dynamic C, QT, Python , VHDL, assembler, etc.) for device management. Its multidisciplinary engineering team provides Airtificial with capabilities for the design of schematics, SPICE simulations, routing of PCBs, 3D design, signal integrity analysis and thermal simulations. Likewise, the equipment of his laboratory allows the realization of campaigns of tests and manufacture of prototype PCBs. His know-how in analog, digital, mixed, power, high frequency, FPGAs and microcontrollers has been applied to a wide variety of products, such as satellite communication equipment, sensors, power distributors, power supplies, panels of control, automatic testing systems or on-board equipment.
