TECHNICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISION OF THE DOUBLE ROAD CONSTRUCTION TO THE HIGH VALLEY TRAM: END AV. PETROLERA – ANGOSTURA – PARACAYA. BOLIVIA.

The Technical and Environmental Supervision Services have been contracted by the ABC to achieve the optimal Technical and Environmental execution of the Project.

The Technical Supervision tasks are as follows:

  • Update and validate the study, according to available resources.
  • Once the Final Design Study is updated and Approved, the Supervision will assume the Technical responsibility.
  • Get the release of the land needed for construction.
  • Supervise the correct execution of the work.

CONDUCT OF AUDITS AND MONITORING QUALITY WORK PLATFORM FOR THE INTEGRATION OF THE RAILROAD IN THE CITY OF LOGROÑO. SPAIN.

  • Single track: the first 500 meters
  • The rest is a twinning of the final section, except the 1,400-meter underground of ballastless technology

CONSULTING AND ASSISTANCE FOR THE WRITING UP OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF: PLATFORMS RESERVED FOR THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND THE SERVICE ROUTES. SECTION: MADRID NAVALCARNERO. SOUTHWEST HIGHWAY. SPAIN.

A construction project of the roadbeds for exclusive use of collective transport between the KP 8+300 and KP 22+000, as well as the implantation of service roads in KP 9+000 and KP 22+000, assuring the continuity to the existing ones.

Approx. Length of the section with the A-5, in project zone: 13,7 km

Length of the reserved platforms for the public transport: 27,5 km

CONSULTING FOR THE STRUCTURE OF ROAD CONCESSIONS FOR SEVERAL ROADS IN COLOMBIA. FONADE.

The work of structuring carried out in this project takes the execution of the following activities:

  • Reconfirmation of the Plan of proposed by the Government of Colombia, for which the study is carried out to define the intervention in each corridor according to the demand, security and the existing infrastructure
  • Execution and completion of studies and designs for concessions
  • Risk analysis, and the technical, financial and legal structuring for different corridors and the preparation of their respective audits
  • Preparation of bid specifications, promotion of tenders and competitions and accompaniment during the selection until signing the public-private partnership agreement and financial closure

The activities are developed in two stages:

  • Stage 1: Includes Due Diligence, verification of the Intervention Plan and Structuring.
  • Stage 2: Consists of the Promotion and Bidding process.

The total length of the roads that are the subject of this project is 1389 km, of which 689 km corresponds to sections of road in which only maintenance and rehabilitation is planned, 159 km corresponds to sections of track of new construction (improvement, Variants and construction of second roadways) and the rest in which it is the function structuring to decide which is the intervention to be carried out.

AUDIT OF THE CONCESSION CONTRACT OF CARIBBEAN ROUTE. COLOMBIA.

The aim of the contract is to permanently review, verify, analyze and conceptualize all the related technical, financial, property, environmental, operational, legal and administrative aspects of the Concession Contract. The concession project consists of seven (7) sections and four (4) Toll stations with a total length of 293 km of one (1) roadway.

Within the basic scope of the contract are included the operation and the maintenance of the aforementioned sections for the entire duration of the concession contract.

WORKS SUPERVISION: A-14 LLEIDA-FRENCH BORDER HIGHWAY. SECTION: LLEIDA (INTERSECTION TO THE A-2) -ROSSELLÓ. SPAIN.

  • Control and supervision of the works: Coordinate the action, ensuring that they are executed in accordance with the current project or authorized modifications and require the contractor to comply with the contractual obligation that regulate the execution of the works.
